Team Leaders
We are looking for full time Team Leaders with proven supervisory and training abilities who are dedicated to excellence in cleaning and superior customer service. Our chemical-free "AspenClean Way" delivers a clean, healthy home environment for our clients and ensures safe working conditions for our employees.  We are passionate about 100% Customer Satisfaction. Additional requirements for this job are:

   • be bondable and pass RCMP security clearance 
   • supply references 
   • be in good physical condition 
   • valid Drivers License and clean driving record 
   • ability to learn AspenClean processes and procedures 
   • good customer service and communication skills 
   • ability to lead a team

We offer thorough training, good compensation: $13-16 per cleaning hour (travel time is paid for as well) plus gainsharing incentive pay, and company car (also available for personal use). Work Mon-Fri, 8am–5pm.  We guarantee a respectful work environment with growth potential.

Team Members
Individuals with positive attitude who are energetic, responsible and passionate about cleaning are required as Team Members.  No experience is necessary.  Strong ability to work with others is a must. 
We offer thorough training, good compensation: $11-13.50 per cleaning hour, (travel time is paid for as well), and gainsharing incentive pay.  Trainees are paid at $10 per cleaning hour (travel time is paid for as well).  Our Teams work Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.  Full and part time options are available.  We guarantee a respectful work environment with growth potential.  Additional requirements for this job are:
