A Day on-The-Job: Team Leaders and Team Members

We meet at the office at 8 am.  Team Leaders are encouraged to pick up Team Members on their way (the company pays for gas as long as a Team Member is in the car).  The Team Leaders bring empty supply containers, used cloths, and work orders from the day before.  They pick up new supplies, clean set of cloths (cloths are washed at the office every day), and the work order together with a map, for the current day.

We normally clean in teams of 3 people.  The Teams are expected to leave the office at 8:15 am.  The first job usually starts at 8:30 am.  We normally schedule 6-7 cleaning hours, and 1-2 hours of travel each day to ensure 7-8 working hours for the Team.  We try to schedule homes close together to minimize travel time, but we also work within customers' timing constraints.

Team Leaders are provided with cell phones to ensure timely communication with the office.  The Team is expected to familiarize themselves with clients' specific requirements on their way to the job.  We follow checklists that each Team Member will learn during training.   It is the Team's responsibility to perform the job to customer's full satisfaction.   We evaluate each job based on customer's feedback and satisfaction rating.  AspenClean's  #1 goal: 100% Customer Satisfaction.

The Team's work day finishes at the end of last job.  The Team Leader will drop off the Team Members at a mutually agreed stop (either at a bus/Sky Train stop or at their house).
Our office doors are always opened and, so any issues or concerns can be addressed immediately.
