Do I have to make an account to order?

You don’t have to create an account to place an order. If you have an account, you can save your billing address, shipping address, contact details and payment options so that you can check out faster next time you order.

Where can I find AspenClean products in store?

Why do you need my phone number for an order? (US only)

For shipping to the US, postal services require the recipient's phone number

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Canada: Applicable sales taxes are automatically added to your order
US: Might be applicable, depending on the state

How can I create/edit my account?

Can I order if I am not in Canada or the US?

Currently not available. Please let us know which country you are interested in and leave us your email address and we'll contact you as soon as our products are available there

What is AspenClean’s return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately at sales@aspenclean.com, and we will advise you how to return the products to us. Once we receive the products, we will issue a refund. (??)

Can I pick up my order at a physical location?

You can buy our products in stores all across Canada – see Store Locator (link) to find a store near you. If you are located in Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto, you can also pick up products at our local office. Please contact sales@aspenclean.com for scheduling a pickup or for more information.

How can I get free shipping?

You need to spend over $70 USD dollars to get free shipping.

My package arrived damaged – what can I do?

How long does it take to ship?

We ship out the orders within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery depends on how long it takes the postal services to ship your order to your location. Please note that US orders may take longer than estimated due to customs.
Canada: Canada Post Regular Parcel: 1 to 7 business days
UPS Express: 1 to 3 business days
UPS Standard: 1 to 3 business days
USA: Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA: 4 to 7 business days
Canada Post Tracked Packet USA: 2 to 3 business days

My shipment still hasn’t arrived and it is past your estimated delivery time. What can I do?
